After receiving the product, you need to check the product carefully, and before using it, you need to read the instruction manual or know a professional beauty dewaxing technology. If the product quality problem, we provide return service within 1 month.

If your product is defective and you require a replacement, simply follow these instructions:

1.Take a clear video of the defect

2.Email liddydance@gmail.com with a sentence about the defect and your video attached

3.Once approved, send back your product as directed with all contents it came with

4.A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one

*Replacements will be sent out via express shipping.

You have 1 months from the date ordered, to process a warranty application.

If the product is not in accordance with the instruction manual or other operations that do not meet the product's use, the resulting quality problems will not meet the return requirements.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Room 301, 3rd Floor, No. 2, Yuanxing Road, Junhe Avenue, Jiahe Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China

Returns will be processed within 2 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not accept order cancellations for change of mind, however, all policies are in line with local consumer laws and will never replace the relevant legislation. 

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully. We also do not offer refunds for a change of mind. If you wish to change the colour of an item and the packaging has not been open and is in its original condition, you can email us to organise an exchange. Postage costs to return and re-dispatch the order will not be covered by Liddy dance.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised customized product. Once an order has gone into production it then becomes non refundable.

It goes without saying that if items are faulty or damaged we can assist in arranging a replacement.

 

An invoice will be sent through to you to cover the shipping cost. Any additional customs fees are to be paid to the courier prior to receiving your shipment.
